Kid-Resistant Flexible Strength
The polyester base delivers enhanced wear durability (warp-wise breaking strength: 1000N; weft-wise: 1040N) — 5% higher than WA3001-L, 1% higher than WA3002-L — with 16% elongation at break. It withstands rough kid interactions (e.g., pulling shade edges, leaning against poles, toy scrapes) and repeated family setup/teardown without fraying, while remaining 10% lighter than WA4001-L (easy for parents to carry). This solves WA3001-L’s "fragility for kid use" and WA3002-L’s "lack of anti-kid-wear" issues, making it a family-friendly staple.
WA3006-L PVC’s Family-Optimized Coating
The 34%–40% coating weight (aligned with WA3002-L but with family-focused upgrades) integrates two key features: stain-resistant nano-treatment (wipes clean of juice, ice cream, or mud in 30 seconds) and anti-tear reinforcement (prevents small snags from becoming large holes). Unlike WA3001-L’s basic coating (stains easily) or WA4003-L’s anti-static finish (irrelevant for kids), it prioritizes "parent-friendly maintenance" and "kid-proof durability." It retains quick-dry performance (dries in 22–28 minutes) for post-rain play, critical for family trips where weather changes disrupt plans.
Kid-Safe UV & Heat Control
It blocks 93% of UV rays (higher than WA3001-L’s 91%) and 72% of solar heat — enough to protect kids’ sensitive skin during 4–6 hour outdoor play, while avoiding over-darkening (critical for parents to monitor kids under shade). Unlike 1% fabrics (too dark for supervision) or 10% openness (insufficient UV block), it strikes a "safety-first" balance for family use.
