Composite Structure Advantages
Adopts a composite process of fiberglass base material and PVC coating (typical ratio: approximately 40% fiberglass + 60% PVC). The fiberglass provides the fabric with high mechanical strength, while the PVC coating enhances weather resistance and functionality. A special 2×2 plain weave structure is formed through advanced weaving technology, ensuring a smooth surface and neat texture.
Precise Openness Design
The 3% openness rate is a core technical indicator, meaning only 3% of light can penetrate the fabric directly. This achieves effective sunshading while retaining minimal light transmission, preventing excessive darkness indoors and balancing visual comfort with privacy protection.
Effective Sun Protection & Heat Insulation
UV blocking rate reaches up to 97%, filtering almost all harmful UVA/UVB rays to protect furniture and human skin from radiation damage;
Blocks heat generated by solar radiation, reducing indoor air conditioning load by over 60%. It significantly improves energy efficiency and meets the requirements of green building standards.
Mechanical Strength & Stability
Warp direction breaking strength: 2500-2600N; weft direction breaking strength: 1600-1700N. It has excellent wind resistance and is compatible with outdoor tension systems (e.g., FTS fabric tension systems);
Extremely low shrinkage rate (3% in warp direction, 4% in weft direction). It is resistant to warping and deformation in high and low temperature environments, maintaining dimensional stability even after long-term use.
